Shortly before 4 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 2, an unnamed victim was driving north on Hatch Road on when his vehicle was struck with a bottle of lotion, according to a press release from the Webster Police Department.
The paint on the driver's side door was damaged. A Webster police officer checked a residence in the 100 block of Hatch Road and no one was home or would answer the door. The officer checked out a second home on the block, but it was unoccupied.
