The Maksymum Junior Hockey Club is teaming up with Athletic Republic to host a health fair from noon to 7 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 21, upstairs in The Sports Centre at MCC Ice Arena, located at 2700 Brighton Henrietta Town Line Road, in Brighton.
The fair will include blood and bone marrow donations, eye exams, blood pressure readings, concussion tests and mouthguard molders.
Certified doctors and other health professionals will be available for questions.
Coinciding with the fair will be a junior hockey game between the Rochester Stars and the Boston Junior Bandits, beginning at 4 p.m. on Rink I.
Participants in the health fair will receive free admission to the Junior A game. A $5 admission fee will be charged for anyone not at the fair.
