The Webster Junior Warriors/Junior Titans Football and Cheer program is proud to announce that Daniel Saber, of Webster, was recently honored at the Eighth Annual Scholar Athlete Awards Luncheon of the Rochester Chapter of the National Football Foundation.
Saber, son of Eli and Debbie Saber, just completed the seventh grade at the Rochester Christian School, located in Webster. He has been playing flag and tackle football for six years in the Webster Junior Warriors/Junior Titans Organization.
His father Eli has been a coach in the program for the last six years.
As a Scholar-Athlete award recipient Daniel will receive a plaque recognizing his efforts on the field, in the classroom, and in the community. He also will have his name placed in a kiosk at the College Football Hall of Fame located in Southbend, IN.
