Ontario County Sheriff's deputies said two were taken to area hospitals after their vehicles collided on Saturday at the market entrance.

Ontario County Sheriff’s deputies said two were taken to area hospitals after their vehicles collided at the entrance into the Big M Market in Bloomfield. The accident happened about 3:30 p.m. Saturday.
According to deputies, Sonja J. Burlingham, 74, of Bloomfield, was making a left turn into the Big M Market when she pulled in front of a 2016 Chevrolet driven by Michael P. LaRocca, 74, of Rochester. Deputies said when Burlingham turned into the entrance it caused the LaRocca vehicle to strike her car.
Burlingham was taken by Canandaigua Ambulance to Strong Memorial Hospital for pain. La Rocca was taken to Thompson Hospital for treatment.
Burlingham was ticketed with failure to yield the right of way making a left turn. She is to appear in East Bloomfield Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
