The fallout from Eastman Kodak filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection continues.

Messenger Post newspartner News 10NBC is reporting that 80 employees at Kodak's Manitou Road facility in Gates will be laid off.

"It's the copier division that was affected," said Gates Supervisor Mark Assini. "It's the last remnants of Kodak's existence at the tech park. "

He added, "It's not going to affect the success of the tech park. My thoughts are with the effected employees. That's a very small piece of what's over there. Were this the Kodak of old, it'd be devastating, but the impact on the site is nil. The real impact is on the effected individuals and their families, and my thoughts go out to them."

Another 80 employees at a facility in Ohio will also lose their jobs.

Kodak officials were not immediately available for comment.
