Three Webster Schroeder students that were charged with disorderly conduct went in front of Hon. Thomas J. DiSalvo in Webster Town Court this afternoon.

Hannah Orsino, Andrew Knapp and Lindsey Weidenborner  were charged with disorderly conduct after a food fight broke out in the cafeteria June 10.

The three students charged were granted an adjournment in contemplation of dismissal, if the teens stay out of trouble in the next six months. By Dec. 16, the charges could be dropped against the trio. They were also given 12 hours community service.

The three were charged, as police and security believe they were the "instigators" or the students that may have planned the fight, which was deemed a "legacy" by the class of 2010 on Facebook. Tables and chairs were flipped from the food fight.

Photos from the fight were posted and circulated on Facebook via a Facebook page. That page has since been made private, and information on it has been removed. However, students are again turning to the social networking site, this time looking for support for the three charged with the crime.

A Facebook group, "support students in class of 2010," circulated through Webster Schroeder students, asking for students to come to court to support their fellow peers. However, no students were in court to support the three as they went before the judge. More than 100 students had "RSVP'ed" to the Facebook event.
